ATWC Fire Support Services offers 30 years of in-depth experience within the professional field of Disaster Management. During the California 2006 Winter Storm Series and Floods, ATWC staff members provided EOC Command, Operations, Planning and Logistical support for the Mendocino County Operational Area field Incident Command(s) response and recovery operations.ATWC staff members have extensive backgrounds in Incident Management deployment to California statewide major earthquakes, floods, winter storms and Interface wildland fires
Emergency Services Master Planning
ATWC staff members offer extensive experience in development of overall review analysis, projected capabilities and future needs into a five to ten year strategic Emergency Services Master Planning.
Emergency Operation Plans
ATWC staff members offer their professional backgrounds in developing emergency operation plan (EOP) into meeting all aspects of Private Industry, Local, State and Federal government emergency management program standards. Major focus is placed on Planning, Preparedness, Response and Recovery programs and public law mandates. ATWC staff provides the Emergency Operation Plan development with several steps towards accomplishing a useful plan that will address all natural, technological and homeland security threats. Plans development includes the interfacing with all other community emergency response organizations meeting Local, State and Federal mandates.
Disaster Support Services
ATWC staff members offer ongoing support services throughout the response and recovery phases including EOC coordination, planning and logistical support during the actual emergency.
Incident After-Action Reports
ATWC staff members offer professional backgrounds in developing an in-depth report reviewing all aspects of the response system, and recapping the full incident.
Personnel Training - Exercise Design
ATWC staff members offer exercise development and presentations intergrading all agencies and organizations that will interface into a disaster response and recovery system during an actual emergency event. ATWC staff offers the development of student handouts and classroom presentations. ATWC offers the design and presentation to meet local government and private sector needs. The exercise can be offered on three levels, Table Top, Functional or Full Scale. Classroom presentation includes the Field Incident Command System (ICS), the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the Local, State and Federal Response and Recovery System, and the California Standardized Emergency management System (SEMS).
